Regional Emergency Dispatch Authority (REDA) is a consolidated dispatch center, receiving 9-1-1 and non-emergency calls for Eddy County, New Mexico citizens. We dispatch for law enforcement, fire, and emergency medical services.

Our Public Safety Telecommunicators (PST’s) are Certified by the New Mexico Department of Public Safety and licensed by the New Mexico Emergency Medical Services Bureau to perform pre-arrival instructions during medical emergencies.

We are a P33 Certified Agency – We have met the APCO Project 33/ANSI Standard for our training program.
