What is Smart911?

Any time you call 9-1-1 on a number within your safety profile, it is automatically displayed to the 9-1-1 operator (don’t worry, that is the only time your information can be accessed). Moreover, Smart911 is used to send emergency alerts and notifications to citizens who are sign up to receive them.
What information is provided?
You decide what information you would like to include. You can choose to include as little or as much as you’d like. Examples include your full name, address, emergency contact information, pets, vehicle information, and medical conditions. You can also include information about other members in your household, details about your house, like access codes, that would help first responders facilitate a faster response.
